Amit AgarwalAmit Agarwal (@labnol) is technology columnist at WSJ India and founder of Digital Inspiration one of the most widely read how-to sites on the web where he covers computer software, consumer gadgets, and web applications. Amit holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science from IIT and is widely referred as the father of Indian blogging revolution. Amit is a regular speaker at technology and blogging conferences. Microsoft awarded him the Most Valuable Professional award for five years in a row. In 2010, Amit launched India Blog School, a non-profit initiative that aims to spread blogging culture in India. He is also the curator of India Blogs, a popular directory of the best blogs from India.


Jesus LeónBlogger in Xataka Foto from its release (September 2007), and its coordinator since early 2001. Journalist with experience in print press, press offices, advertising and radio, he has also worked as an editorial designer. He specializes in technological information; he has developed his work as a digital journalist in blogs since 2005, and professionally in the Spanish leading blogging network Weblogs SL, since 2007. He currently combines his work as editor with other duties as Social Media Optimization and editorial coordinator. Great amateur photographer, he combines information on photographic hot news and cameras analysis. Advanced user of social networks like Twitter, Facebook or Google+ and others like Flickr and Instagram.


MORINOSUKE KAWAGUCHIKawaguchi Morinosuke is associate director of Arthur D. Little (Japan) Inc. and professor at the Tokyo Institute of Technology. He is a recognized expert in Management of Technology strategy (MOT), Intellectual Property Management (IPM) and also in Technology and Innovation Management (TIM) in various fields such as telecommunications, electronics and automotive industry. In Japan, it is considered the inventor of a new concept in product engineering and technology development based on Japanese culture, especially from the concepts of monozukuri and otaku subcultures. He is also an award-winning author whose books has been translated into Korean, Chinese or Thai and will soon be translated into English. Speaker at TEDxTokyo.


SANG HOON LEEIndustrial designer. Major in environmental design & product design. Currently, he is a freelance designer and he is about to mass product his work. Among his creation there is an iPod speaker light, a digital dumbbell or a chocolate folder among others. The iPod speaker light was selected among the 'Top 10 iPod Docks for Gadget Geeks' ( and the ‘15 Best designed iPod & iPhone Docks’ ( His works have appeared in print in several international magazines like Plus design (Spain), T3 (UK), STUFF (UK), Peclersparis (France) , JACK (Italy), PIG (Italy), Shortlist (USA), Esquire (Taiwan), EllE (France) and so on. I was selected Up-and-coming Designer with two other colleagues by TBS (Traffic Broadcasting System), among the 15 Promise Designers of Monthly Design (Korean magazine) and 36 Asian Attention Designer on Designnet (Korean magazine).


ÁLVARO IBÁÑEZÁlvaro Ibáñez, «Alvy» (43) was a founder and board member of between 1999 and 2004. He also participated in the birth of Terra within Telefónica in 1998. Previously, he had directed technical publications like Macworld and iWorld for IDG Communications. He founded his own consulting and Internet projects development with Nacho Palou in 2004: Internality. He has been selected among the ‘25 Most Influential Spaniards in Internet’ by the newspaper El Mundo in several consecutive years. He writes Microsiervos, a divulgation blog on Science, Technology and other hobbies, with two friends since 2003. It is one of the most popular blogs in Spanish and one that has received more recognition over the last decade in various competitions and contests.


SIMON LEECreative Director at Digital Legends (awarded by 'Kroll' in Gamelab '08). He is a trained Technical Engineer and holds a MA in Software Engineering by the Catalonia Polytechnic University and a MA in Videogame Creation by the Pompeu Fabra University. After ten years of experience in value-added services for mobile phone, Simon has always led innovative and technology-related projects. He has designed and produced ONE Sequel, Dance Fabulous (Nokia) and Kroll, published by Digital Legends and released during the keynote presentation of the iPhone. Previously he had been Product Manager at Latinia WAP services and founder of Iverywhere, a software company looking to improve business productivity through PDA. He participated in the creation of Battlefield Bad Company 2 for iPhone as Design Director. He is Visiting Professor at the Master of Production of Fiction at Blanquerna School of Communication.


JAVIER CASTAÑEDAJournalist and Expert in Information Society. Director of Technology and Cyberculture in Casa Asia. Founder of the Internet platform of Casa Asia (2002). Since 2004, he publishes the blog 'Patologías Urbanas' in La Vanguardia and since 2007, 'Micrografías' in El País, a blog of picture taken with his mobile phone. From it, 'Micrographs: The world seen through a mobile phone”, the first individual exhibition of mobile pictures carried out in Spain (2008) which was present in PhotoEspaña 2010 or in the collective exhibition Art Mobile in Foundation Godia. Thhanks to his link to Asia he has published several articles on Information Society in Asia and taken part as a speaker in the 4th Internet World Summit (Beijing '04); the Information Society World Summit (Tunis, 2005) or the 5th Spain-Korea Tribune (Seoul, 2008), among other events. He is the creator and coordinator of the programs Asia Geek and New Urban Cultures.
